Bike Speaker: the Nizhi Portable Speaker with a Handlebar Mount
Music is often missing on the road, especially on a long ride when you’ve already sung every song whose lyrics you remember. At moments like that your soul asks for music — and music, in turn, can add a couple of horsepower to you and your iron friend ![]()
Luckily, progress doesn’t stand still, and Chinese manufacturers keep spoiling us with gadgets that have decent specs at an affordable price.
I came across something I’d wanted for a long time — a speaker for a bike. Not just a bare speaker that leaves you puzzling over how to mount it, what to connect it to and which batteries to use, but a proper all-in-one bike speaker with lots of features!
Video review
It’s a great gadget — watch the video (in Russian):
What kind of speaker it is
The Nizhi portable speaker for a bike, moped or scooter, with a handlebar mount. Take off the mount and you can put it on a desk and use it as a regular speaker, and the kit also includes an armband — for listening to music while running.
A sturdy protective grille keeps the speakers safe when you carry it around. It’s good for home, the office, holidays, hiking or the beach. A win-win: in summer you listen while riding your bike or moped, and in winter you put it on your desk and listen at home ![]()

P.S. I found it in a Ukrainian online store, and a speaker like this is cheap — about $20–26. There are also plenty of similar ones on AliExpress.
