Outlook: “Cannot Save the Rule Because a Required Value Is Missing” — Fix

When you export inbox rules in Outlook, you can run into the error: “Cannot save the rule because a required value is missing.”

This error appears when some rules are invalid. Outlook marks such rules in red. Delete them or fix them, and the export will go through without errors.

In other words, there must be no red rules in the list.
